I will attribute the lack of smell to age and hopefully exchange for a newer bottle. I checked the batch code and it was manufactured SEVEN years ago. It being an eau de Parfum instead of toilette, I expected a stronger, more lasting smell, but even the scent that was there didn't last the better part of an hour. The bottle that I received has no upper or middle citrus and floral notes, and it has a weak musky scent. I wanted something more bold, and longer lasting, so I bought this Intense Eau de Parfum. Blind buy worthy! Tons of compliments from women, and other men wanting to know where they can purchase it.Bad bottleI used to wear regular D&G Light Blue as a daily cologne. Long lasting, good projection, and silage.much better that the EDT version. Best for warm weather, daytime use, but can be worn anytime, due to the increased performance, due to the Eau de parfum concentration.
